Allen is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, and a member of the Alberta Real Estate Association, and is licensed to provide trading services in BC and Alberta. As a Senior Associate with Macdonald Commercial, Allen primarily focuses on the sale of Land Assemblies. In various capacities over the past 20 years, Allen has worked directly with Public/Private REITs, Developers, and Ultra-High Net worth Investors. In his 20 years of experience, Allen has seen just about every type of land deal imaginable. Allen is often hailed by his clients and peers as a consummate professional, with the utmost integrity. In addition to being a land specialist broker, Allen also owns and operates a small-cap land investment fund with his wife.
